Soft Tissue and Orthopedic Surgery

We provide a full range of soft tissue surgery, including routine sterilizations, cruciate ligament repair, feline de-clawing, C-sections and growth removals.  For all surgeries, we use isoflurane gas anesthesia which is safe and effective.  We focus on providing our patients with the most current pain management therapies available to help speed recovery time and comfort. More advanced surgeries can be scheduled and are performed onsite by Dr. Matthew Ritter, a board certified veterinary surgeon.

Dentistry and Oral Surgery

Annual dental assessments and cleanings  are recommended for dogs and cats to prevent gingivitis, periodontal disease, loss of teeth, and overall bad breath.  Our modern equipment, anesthesia monitoring, and digital dental x-rays ensure that your pet receives the best care possible.
For more information on these procedures, contact us and we’d be happy to answer any questions you have.

Laboratory Analysis and Advanced Diagnostic Capability

Blood work-up includes complete blood count and chemistry panels to screen for diabetes, kidney, liver, or thyroid diseases.  We routinely perform occult heartworm and urinalysis testing, fecal exams, feline leukemia and AIDS testing, fungal and bacterial cultures, cytology and electrocardiograms.  Ultrasounds and digital x-rays are available with a consultation by a board certified radiologist when requested.

Pain Management

To ease the pain and suffering, and improve the quality of life for your pet, we provide both Acupuncture and Laser therapy.  Dr. Meth is a certified Acupuncture specialist and has been successfully providing acupuncture therapy to patients for over 5 years. Our K-Laser Class IV laser therapy unit is a pain-free and non-invasive treatment that uses modulated infrared rays to help reduce pain and speed the healing of inflamed or damaged tissues. We are constantly re-evaluating the most current pain management modalities and options for our patients. To learn more about how our laser therapy can help your pet, please visit .
